ABOUT US

Terri Selberg has over 14 years in the appraisal industry and is President of RESource Appraisal Services. She has a BA in Liberal Arts from Drake University and currently holds a State Of Iowa Certified Residential Appraisers License. She has had an opportunity to work on many appraisal assignments of various complexities. At one time she reviewed an appraisal staff of 35 and has completed review appraisals in multiple formats.
Over the last 15 years she has also had the opportunity to teach appraisal methodology, licensure classes, and numerous appraisal & real estate classes in the upper Midwest. Her background includes testimony in discipline cases.

Terri is a Peer Review Consultant for the State of Iowa Appraisal Board. Her Peer Review consulting includes discipline and work product review. She also supervises disciplined appraisers.

Terri Selberg is AQB (Appraisal Qualifications Board) Certified to teach all USPAP update and pre-license classes.

Terri Selberg has instructed and developed courses for pre-license and continuing education in Iowa and surrounding states. She has recently provided The Iowa Mortgage Bankers Association education classes and education classes for the Iowa Association of Realtors and Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.
