RESource Education Services provides Appraisal, Real Estate, and Mortgage Broker education RESource Education Services’ roster of Classes include  (AQB) Appraisal Pre-license and Real Estate Pre-license education.  RESource Education Services also offers state approved continuing education in the Real Estate, Appraisal and Mortgage professions.

All pre-license Appraisal qualifying education has been approved by the AQB (Appraisal Qualifications Board) for the new 2008 criteria. RESource Education Services has USPAP instructors Certified by the AQB, to instruct both the 7 hours and 15 hour classes.
